The internet has revolutionized the way we shop, giving us the power to choose shoes from the comfort of our homes—but it can be a guessing game to find the perfect size, fit, or style. Shoes have become the third most returned online purchase in the country, leaving brands and retailers with an avalanche of excess inventory.

We’re teaming up with the brands and retailers you love to provide a responsible shopping alternative, rescuing shoes with 99% of their life left so they can hit the streets, not the trash.

It’s one small step for you, one giant leap for sneakerkind.

SHOP RESPONSIBLY

Here’s How It Works

01

01

BUY IN BULK

We partner with your favorite sneaker brands to buy their excess inventory in bulk, working with them to reduce waste and optimize resources.

02

02

SELECT THE STANDOUTS

Highly-trained footwear experts sort each pair, hand-selecting the most sought-after models in the highest quality condition for sale on the Relay marketplace.

03

03

GET THEM SQUEAKY CLEAN

Each pair undergoes a rigorous quality assurance process and a comprehensive cleaning, ensuring only the best pairs are made available.

04

04

DELIVER EM' FAST

Orders received before 3pm EST ship the same business day, and all other orders are shipped within 1 business day.

05

05

TAKE A TRIAL RUN

We’re pretty sure you’ll love your shoes, but we’re biased. Put as many miles on your shoes as you can in 30 days—if you’re still not happy, you can return them for free.

Every Pair Counts

Maintaining a zero-waste marketplace means accounting for every shoe, not just the shoes we sell. Here’s how we do it: shoes that are 100% new go back to retailers, ensuring they find their place on the primary market. 99% new shoes are stocked in Relay's Marketplace, and any pair that falls below the 99% new threshold is donated to a community partner supporting health initiatives. If a  shoe isn’t in wearable condition, it’s recycled, leaving no shoe or material wasted.
